1. Services

Cinemix Labs provides audio, video, and content production services. Service scope, timelines, and deliverables will be agreed upon before project initiation.

2. Bookings & Payments

• Advance payment may be required to confirm bookings
• Remaining payments must be cleared before final delivery
• Payments once made are non-refundable unless agreed otherwise

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate information, content, and approvals on time. Delays in communication may impact project timelines.

4. Content Ownership

Final delivered content ownership will be transferred to the client after full payment.

Cinemix Labs reserves the right to use project work for portfolio and promotional purposes unless agreed otherwise.

5. Revisions

A limited number of revisions may be included based on the project agreement. Additional changes may be charged separately.

6. Liability

Cinemix Labs is not responsible for indirect losses, delays caused by external factors, or misuse of delivered content.

7. Confidentiality

We respect client confidentiality and ensure that project data is handled securely.

8. Cancellations

Bookings cancelled within a short notice period may be subject to charges.

9. Acceptance

Use of our services implies acceptance of these terms.
